Carter Opportunity Scholarships

To help relieve the financial burden from students enrolled in the CEET and to encourage and reward student persistence to degree completion rather than to recognize other aspects of academic achievement. In addition, the Fund is intended to promote the graduation of women of Hispanic descent and other underrepresented groups in undergraduate studies in engineering, preferably first generation in their family to attend college.
