Catherine and David Arnold

In 2013, Susan Arnold established the David and Catherine Arnold Fellowship in honor of her parents. Her father received his master’s degree in public administration in 1943 from Syracuse University. From 1949 until his retirement in 1985, Mr. Arnold was on the staff of the International City/County Management Association. Mr. Arnold’s memberships included Pi Alpha Alpha, the honor society in public administration, and honorary memberships in both the International City/County Management Association and Delta Kappa Epsilon. He married Catherine in 1953, and together they raised their two children, Susan and David.
