Eileen Dubin

Martin David Dubin, well known for his keen intellect, sense of humor, academic rigor, creativity and flair for lively political debate, taught in the Department of Political Science for more than 30 years. Among his many contributions to the department and to Northern Illinois University, Professor Dubin created the emphasis in international relations and coordinated it for many years. This scholarship was established by Eileen Dubin in loving memory of her late husband, and in recognition of his long-term association with NIU as a professor of political science, his concern for the intellectual growth of his students, his dedication, and his academic achievements.
