Mrs. Gladys Brook Beltzer

After receiving her education at NIU, Mrs. Gladys Brook Beltzer taught in elementary schools in Montana and Nebraska. She was known to her many friends in education as an outstanding teacher and an excellent musician. This scholarship has been made from a bequest by Mrs. Gladys Brook Beltzer. Upon her death, she left her modest estate to educational and religious beneficiaries. It was the generous wish of Mrs. Beltzer to provide scholarships for students attending NIU.
