Nancy E. Henn

Nancy Henn was born in Breese and raised in Carlyle, Il. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, IL. She taught second grade at Lotus School in Spring Grove, IL for many years and was very dedicated to all of her students. During her tenure there, she went back to school at Northern Illinois University for a master’s degree in education and her certificate as a reading specialist. She created this scholarship through a gift from her estate.
