NIU Parents' Association

Founded in 1997, the NIU Parents’ Association was established to build a bridge between the University and the parents and families of NIU students. The association strives to provide parents the opportunity to play an active role in their students’ lives at the university, acts as a “clearinghouse” for parents’ concerns, furnishes a forum for fellowship and networking possibilities with other parents, and provides timely notification of upcoming campus events.
