Ralph Strozza

Interpro Translation Solutions provides world-class language translation, software localization, multilingual desktop publishing and project management solutions which enable clients to deliver multilingual products to their global audiences.The business of Interpro Translation Solutions is foreign language translation, and was founded by Ralph Strozza. Ralph attributes a great deal of the company’s success to his NIU education, in particular tothe faculty of the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures and to the experience he had living in the Foreign Language Residence Program under the leadership and dedication of the late D.R. Tourville.Ralph graduated from NIU in May of 1981 with a B.S. in marketing, a B.A. in French, and a minor in Spanish. In 1979 he was fortunate to spend one semester in Avignon, France, through NIU’s Study Abroad program. That experience convinced Ralph that living and studying in-country was a must for any foreign-language major serious about achieving fluency in his/her chosen language. As an active participant in the Foreign Language Residence Program from 1978-1981, and in the Foreign Languages and Literatures Department during his entire time at NIU, he saw that many serious, deserving foreign language majors did not have the financial means to travel overseas.
