The parents, friends, and colleagues of the Russell and Jeanne Durning family

The Russell and Jeanne Durning family were a part of the NIU community for many years. This family died tragically in a fire in their home on June 5, 1979. Both Russell and Jeanne had taught in the NIU English Department and had contributed greatly to their fields.
