Victoria Thompson and the family and friends of Azel Carter Jr.

This fund was established by Victoria Thompson to honor Azel Carter, Jr. He was a longtime employee of CNA who was pursuing his doctorate at NIU until the time of his death. He was interested in educational and training opportunities.
