Honoree – Danielle Marie Pisterzi grew up on the northwest side of Chicago in Norwood Park. She attended Immaculate Conception grammar school from kindergarten through eighth grade and then advanced to Resurrection College Preparatory High School. At Resurrection, she was a member of many clubs and athletic teams including cross country, track, and soccer. She continued her education at Northern Illinois University where she was accepted into the prestigious Department of Accountancy within the College of Business. While at NIU, she joined the Student Accountancy Society and was an active member for two semesters. Classmates and professors always took notice of Danielle?s infectious smile and bubbly personality. Due to her impressive resume and leadership qualities, she was recruited by many of the top accounting firms. Warady & Davis LLP was the clear choice for her internship because of their commitment to her long-term success.Danielle was a kind soul who touched the lives of everyone around her. She was the true definition of what it means to be beautiful on the inside and out. Danielle is remembered by the Student Accountancy Society who contributed a substantial amount to the scholarship.
