Phyllis L. Ross Memorial Scholarship in Nursing

To provide scholarship support to an undergraduate nursing student with junior or senior standing, preference may be given to non-traditional married students who demonstrate financial need and/or graduated from accredited high school in Winnebago County, Illinois.
